Many people are
under the
impression that the
state pays for
investigating.
This is only true if
and when Brett is
granted a new trial.
What is allotted  to
the defense is not
comparable to what
is available to the
prosecution.
Until then,  the cost
of  investigating and
copying court
records, which is
greatly needed, falls
on the family.
Please consider
donating even if it is
only a dollar or two.
Every little bit will
help us reach the
goal that an
investigator  gave us.

Please send
donations to;

Brett Hartmann
Benevolence Fund
First Merit Bank
1411 S. Arlington St.
Akron Ohio 44306

Or you can use the
verified Pay Pal
Donation Link.
You do not need a
PayPal account to
donate or subscribe.

To make a one time
donation.

To make a recurring
$10.00 a month
donation.

To make a recurring
$20.00 a month
donation.

To make a recurring
$100.00 a year
donation.
We are also
looking for
someone to head
a fund raising
effort to help
secure the funds
for further
investigating. If
you can help in
this area please
let us know.
Contact Ohio Officials, Newspapers, and Other Organizations
Many people contact us and ask what they can do to help Brett's situation. We are asking that Brett's supporters
send letters and email's to the following addresses in order to raise awareness and hopefully garner some interest
in his case. Below you will find a list of media outlets, organizations, and individuals.  Our aim is to do a mass
mailing, with many supporters contacting all of these addresses. If you cannot send a letter or email to every
address listed, then please contact as many you can. Brett is dependant upon those of us on the outside; he needs
us to be his voice. It may not seem like you can make a difference, but one letter and a stamp could be the catalyst
to his freedom!
Please speak from the heart...try  to keep them short, one page or less is recommended.
At the bottom of this page you will also find a brochure that is available.

Brett could also
use a support
system based in
Ohio.
It would help
greatly if there
were voting
citizens of Ohio
backing his
cause. If you feel
you could help
with this we may
be able to
provide posters,
petitions etc.
Please contact
admin@enddeath

With a brief
message on how
you may be able
to help.
Since we have
never received
one item of
discovery in
Brett's case,
the discovery
laws of Ohio are
also an area that
is close to our
heart. Please
urge Ohio
officials to make
changes to these
laws.

If you would like to help bring awareness to Brett's cause the following brochure can be downloaded and printed.
If you prefer to wait, you can contact
admin@enddeathpenaltyforbretthartmann.com to request printed copies.
I can also email you the brochure if you prefer that to opening the download.
