Many people contact us and ask what they can do to help Brett's
situation.

We will continue to collect petition signatures asking that his
sentence be commuted and appreciate help in that area.
Even if you have already signed the petition, you can help by
passing the following on to other people, or perhaps urge them to
learn more about his cause.

You can download a printable version here.

Or you can sign an online version here.

Posting comments on news articles also helps keep his name and
cause in front of the publics view, so we appreciate help in that
area also. Links to news articles are posted to the following page;
http://www.enddeathpenaltyforbretthartmann.com/newsarticles.html

We are asking that Brett's supporters also send letters and email's
to the following addresses in order to raise awareness and
hopefully garner some interest in his case. Below you will find a list
of media outlets, organizations, and individuals.
If you cannot send a letter or email to every address listed, then
please contact as many you can.
Brett is dependant upon those of us on the outside; he needs us to
be his voice.
It may not seem like you can make a difference, but one email, or
letter and a stamp could be the catalyst to saving his life!
Please speak from the heart...try  to keep them short, one page or
less is recommended.

Brett has been given an execution date of November 13, 2012.

Many people are
under the
impression that the
state pays for
investigating.
This is only true if
and when Brett is
granted a new trial.

What is allotted  to
the defense is not
comparable to what
is available to the
prosecution.

Until then,  the cost
of  investigating,
which is greatly
needed, falls on the
family.
Please consider

Since we
have never
received one
item of

Brett's case,
the discovery

are also an
area that is
close to our
heart. Please
urge Ohio
officials to
make
changes to
these laws.
